EFFIE’S CRANBERRY BREAD
2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 orange, juiced (add enough water to make ¾ cup juice) 1 tablespoon grated orange rind 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoon oil or margarine 1 cup nuts, chopped 1 cup (4 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES
Put dry ingredients into bowl. Add juice, oil, beaten egg, orange rind, nuts and CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES. Mix just enough to dampen. Bake in greased loaf pan
9x5x3 inches. Bake at 350 for 55 to 65 minutes.
