FROZEN CRANBERRY CONDIMENT
2 cups (8 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES 1 (1½-inch diameter) onion ½ cup sugar ¾ cup sour cream 2 tablespoons prepared type horseradish
Grind together CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES and onion. Mix in sugar, sour cream, and horseradish; freeze. When you are ready to serve it, thaw, whip, and serve.
