CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD
4 cups (16 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple 4 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup whipped cream
Grind CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES. Add sugar, then pineapple. Add marshmallows. Let this set in refrigerator overnight. Add whipped cream just before serving.
