CRANBERRY SQUARES
1 package cranberry gelatin 1 cup hot water 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup pineapple syrup ½ cup (4 oz. by weight) ground raw CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES 1 orange, ground 1 cup drained crushed pineapple 1 cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill in shallow pan or molds. Unmold on lettuce. Serve with mayonnaise.
