CRANBERRY PIE
Spread CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES in well-greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Gradually beat in sugar. Add flour, margarine and shortening, beat well. Pour mixture over cranberries and bake at 325° for l hour. Good served warm or cold, plain or with vanilla ice cream.

½ cup sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
½ cup margarine, melted
¼ cup shortening, melted
