CRANBERRY RELISH

4 cups (16 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES
2 medium size oranges (including rind)
2 medium size apples (including peel)
3 celery stalks
1½ cups sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Wash unpeeled oranges, cut in quarters, remove seeds. Wash and core unpeeled apples. Grind cranberries, oranges, apples, and celery in food processor on medium grind. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add nuts (optional). Chill and serve.
