CRANBERRY “PAKE” (PIE CAKE)
Line a 10 inch pie plate with your favorite pie crust. Into this crust combine: 2 cups (8 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES ½ cup sugar ½ cup chopped nutsFor the batter: ¾ cup softened butter or margarine 1 cup sugar Cream these together then add: 2 beaten eggs 1 cup flour
Pour batter over cranberries and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes.
