CRANBERRY APPLE RELISH

4 cups (16 oz. by weight) CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES
1 12-ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 3-inch long cinnamon sticks
1½ pounds (4 medium size) Golden Delicious Apples, peeled, halved, cored, and sliced

Heat (on high) apple juice and cinnamon, in a 3 quart saucepan, to boiling. Add CAPE BLANCO CRANBERRIES and cook until most of the berries pop. Stir apples into cranberry mixture and return to boiling. Remove from heat and remove cinnamon sticks. Cool.
